On 19th of December 2006 i slid from a fourth floor of comfy hostels in JKUAT. Devastating as it was i broke my right elbow, half of my teeth went missing , blood bloated in my right eye, my right leg was broken and my right hip bone was dilocated. Doctors at KNH said i was hallucinating and advised i see a psychiatrist for 2 months since i had paranoia schizophrenia or mild madness.
in the hospital my cousin Benjamin Ngugi took very good care of me and my father paid daily visits to me. My mum too scared to view my pummeled body. My sisters with excruciating pain thanked God i was alive to see the next day. My pastor Mr. Ademba on hyis knees always to ensure God gives me a chance to see the next day.
Today am about to graduate from university even with great difficulty and an unhealthy body i have defeated all the odds and proven that disability is not inability. Blessed be the name of the Lord God, Amen and Amen.
